Yesterday we got about 7 inches of snow and the whole east coast shut down. I was so surprised how the roads were not plowed, and there were articles being written about how people were going to the store to buy all the food because they like thought the world was ending. So different from Utah. We get feet of snow daily there in the winter. It gave me a good laugh. Yesterday was also the Polar Bear Plunge into the Susquehanna River. Last year we all watched it and Josh and Jim said they were doing it this year. Josh has had a cold and so I told him it was not the best idea....yet he did it anyway. I was the video taker/photographer. I have to say it was worth it. It was hilarious. Most of those people have to go get stone drunk before jumping into the freezing cold water, not Josh and Jim, they are dumb enough to do it on their own. HA HA JK! Did I mention you have to pay 20 bucks to do this? The funny thing is they want to do it again next year!! From the looks on Josh's face during the plunge I really thought he was dying and someone was going to have to come save him. It was a good fun day and they are both still living after their plunge into the freezing Susquehanna!
