Jax update

This weekend we went to richfield for one of my friends weddings! I went down on Thursday night and Josh was coming on Friday after work. Well Wednesday Jax started running a fever and was really cranky but I thought he was just teething. Thursday I gave him some IBprofen and he seemed to do fine. Then that night he screamed for HOURS and his fever topped at 104 on medicine, so we knew it was not teething! So finally at two go the morning we took him to the ER and the poor guy had a double ear infection and tonsillitis! It was awful! He is doing SO much better now but it was an awful few days! I felt awful and decided I HATE when your kids are sick! There is nothing you can do to help them! I'm just glad he is feeling better.
Jax also has two teeth! They both just came in all of the sudden and he looks so cute! I love it! This picture is of him enjoying some thin mints! He loves girl scout cookies!! :)

Jax scaring Grandpa!

Jaxson was making noises the other day and my Dad was acting like he was scared, so Jax kept doing it! It was so cute! Now he plays this game all the time!

Spring Fever!

I am definitely getting spring fever! After being cooped up in the house all winter this warmer weather is awesome! Jax and I went to the park and it was so nice to get outside! Jax loves to swing and he even went down the slide by himself today! He really liked it. I can't wait until he can walk and really play at the park! I hope this warm weather sticks around for a long time!

Angel's Landing

Last month Josh and I went to St. George for a weekend and went to Zion's and climbed Angel's Landing. It was one of the scariest things I have ever done!!! It was icy and steep and SO scary! I'm glad I did it once, but I don't know if I will ever do it again!! It was really pretty, but SO scary!! I am not afraid of heights, but I froze a few times because it was so steep on both sides and all I had to hold on to was a chain!

We saw this video online of a baby laughing at ripping paper so we decided to try it with Jax and he LOVED it! It was so funny! Enjoy!

Swimming!

 We took Jaxson swimming at the Davis County Rec center the other day and he LOVED it!! He swam for almost two hours!!! The only reason we left is because Josh and i got sick of holding him! He would have stayed there all day! Here are just a few pics of our fun day at the pool! P.S. It is the coolest pool EVER! It has a lazy river, a kiddie pool, a big pool, a lap pool, and a huge slide!! It was awesome!

We got Jaxson a new car seat because he was WAY too big for his other one. He is so cute in it and looks like a big boy!!

9 months old!

Jax is nine months old today and I cannot believe where time has gone! Here are a few things about Jaxson at 9 months old!
-He sleeps 10-12 hours every night!!
-He LOVES his bath and swimming!
-He got his first paper cut the other day and bled...it was so sad!
-He babbles ALL DAY LONG!! It is cute, but sometimes I give him his binki so I can have some peace!
-He loves to eat and eats a TON!
-He LOVES chocolate and sweets! Whenever I take it away he throws big fits! Oh no!
-He is still not crawling, but he still gets wherever he wants in his own way.
-He is so happy and smiley all the time.
-He loves his daddy and when Josh gets home he is SO happy it is so cute!
-He thinks it is funny when you bite his fingers!

We love Jaxson so much and are so grateful for him in our lives! I can't believe how fast time is going though!
