Snow Day!

Jaxson has not been out in the snow yet. So today we had lots of nice, fresh snow and we went and played in the snow with our neighbor! Jax liked it, but not for too long. He didn't really get it. He was more into his friend Seth than the snow. But it was cute!

Jax kept tipping over and just laid there! He reminded us of A Christmas Story and how the little boy would say "I can't put my arms down!" It was funny.

 These next pictures do not do it justice. He was SO tired the other night and he passed out in Josh's arms and his eyes were kind of half way open and his lip was sucked under and his head was back. It was so cute!

I want to make...

Are these not super cute?!? I found them both here and I really want to make them. The owls are little teether toys for babies, which Jax would LOVE right now cuz he is chewing on EVERYTHING! I got a sewing machine for my birthday and still have not used it...so I need to make something! My friend gave me some links to some cute blogs and now I have the craft bug. We'll see how long it sticks around...I hope long enough for me to make some of these things! :) I'll let you know how they turn out!

I also want to make this cute heart wreath. It may be too late this year for V-day, but maybe for next year! I found it here and I love this site too! I'm so glad there are so many creative people in this world to give me ideas!

The Happenings!

So I have been quite the blog slacker...but I do have a good excuse! We have all been sick like three times and passing it all around to each other. I am still stuck with it, but hopefully I will be over it soon! Jax went for his 8 month check up and he is OFF THE CHARTS for his height! Daddy is proud! He is 29 1/2 inches tall! He is in the 50% for his weight at 19 and some ounces and 75% for his head! So he is all around a pretty big boy! Here are some pictures of the latest happenings! They were all taken on my phone so sorry if they are blurry!

This is how I found Jax in the back seat the other day! Apparently he turned his hat all around and was sound asleep! Ha ha!

Grandma Donna gave Jaxson his first sucker! He loved it at first, but then got board with it after a while.

This is Jaxson's favorite thing to do. Walk around in his walker and get into EVERYTHING!!!! The garbage can is his favorite so we have to hide it now!
